No experience is necessary and modifications are shown so all levels can perform the exercises.

Download the Activity Log and keep track of everything you are doing to stay healthy.

Registered athletes: check in each week with your coach to share your activity log and tell them how it's going.

3. Get Active Throughout the Week

Choose other activities you enjoy each week so you can get your steps in and stay healthy. Encourage your friends and family to join you.
