Greensboro Carnival Kick-Off

March 22, 2014
This event will kick off 12-weekly tennis clinics.  Participants will have an individual volunteer to engage them in tennis-related activities to learn tennis skills. Coaches will encourage participants to hone their skills while learning the rules of the game and interacting with peers.  Our goal is to provide each player with a strong core belief in his/her ability to overcome everyday challenges without frustration.  All are welcome!!

Charlotte Challenge Tournament

Athletes of all ages are invited to participate in this friendly 4th Annual tennis competition at the Jeff Adams Tennis Center in Charlotte, NC on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Participants will compete in one of three ability levels: Skills, Short Court, and Match Play.  Lunch will be provided for all athletes and coaches. This event is being hosted by Abilities Tennis Association, Charlotte Tennis Association and Charlotte Special Olympics tennis program.  Cost is free.

“Swing into Spring” Tournament

The Abilities Tennis Association’s is hosting its 4th Annual “Swing into Spring” Adaptive Tennis Tournament and Skills Clinics.  This event is being held in Wilmington, NC on April 12, 2014  at Althea Gibson Tennis Center @ Empie Park from 9:30am – 5pm.  There will be a tournament, skills clinics and carnival!! Volunteers needed!
